Can I use my FSA?

Yes! You are able to use your FSA or HSA card.

Do you accept insurance?

Wally does not work with insurance because we believe dental insurance has created the big mess our dental care system is in. This allows us to provide preventative and proactive care for your individual needs, not the needs of an insurance plan that doesn't know you. If you need services that are not included in your Wally membership, your Care Team will work with you to find a specialist and reduce out-of-pocket costs.

What kind of whitening will I get?

You get custom-fit trays with custom-formulated gel that you'll use at home to whiten your teeth. This method is most effective for helping you reach your desired shade of white, and keep it. It's also safer and more comfortable for your teeth than in-office whitening sessions because you can limit tooth sensitivity.

Do I pay extra for each appointment?

No, absolutely not! You get all the preventative care you need with your annual Wally membership. No more surprise bills, unnecessary fillings, and difficulty making appointments. That means a healthier mouth and more money in your pocket. 

What makes Wally different?

How soon can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment with Wally right from your phone. Most locations have openings within a few weeks, and we have a standby list option so you can get notified of last-min appointments that open up within one week.

The price seems too good to be true?

Unlike traditional dentists, we only invest in the things that matter for keeping your mouth healthy - like the latest Airflow cleaning technology that removes up to 2x times the bacteria (vs traditional scrape and polish methods) and leaves your mouth 1-2 shades whiter. We don't take insurance, don't overspend on our office decor, and don't need to buy machines for unnecessary preventative treatment. We pass the savings onto our members.

How does Wally work?

Once you become a member we text your scheduling link and you can book at any of our Wally studios. Your first appointment takes 60 mins and includes x-rays, an exam, and your first cleaning with the latest hygiene technology to remove plaque and surface stains. If you have hard buildup (e.g. tartar) we treat it and schedule your next cleaning to focus on safely removing this buildup without the harsh scraping and polishing.

Do I need insurance?

Absolutely not! We don't work with insurance - this is how we can offer reasonable prices for your dental care. You can still pay with a credit card, FSA, or HSA.

What's included in my membership?

Your membership includes all your preventative needs: unlimited cleanings, exams, x-rays, and professional at-home whitening. There are no copays or extra fees for your preventative services.

How is whitening done?

Our whitening is done at-home with custom trays made from a 3D scan of your teeth, and professional custom whitening gel. Unlike traditional whitening options, Wally’s solution helps whiten your teeth and maintain your shade without the risk of tooth sensitivity. Your whitening gel refills are unlimited and included in your membership.

What if I need additional treatment?

Because we focus on preventative care we don't do restorative dentistry like root canals, fillings, or implants. If you need more extensive dentistry, we will share your x-rays with you and refer you to a recommended specialist in our network.
